New York Live Arts/Live Ideas

NY Live ArtsLive Ideas is an annual event at New York Live Arts distinctive in its explorations of the interplay of creative expression and the world of ideas. The inaugural festival, taking place Wednesday, April 17th through Sunday, April 21st is themed The Worlds of Oliver Sacks and features more than 20 free and ticketed events. This years festival is curated by celebrated non-fiction writer Lawrence Weschler, in collaboration with Jones, and includes an array of performances, films, discussions and more.  It is a festival of arts and ideas exploring the mind body connection through the works of the acclaimed neurologist.

WeildWorks is featured as part of this inaugural season with performances of A Kind of Alaska on April 20th and 21st.
